Kiln Drier:

Kiln dryer is large drying equipment in industrial production, which is widely used in cement industry, metallurgy. Kiln dryers show a high temperature in production, so the kiln body temperature and other monitor control are major process in drying materials.

Calcining Kiln:

Calcining kiln is used to make cement clinker, by using dry or wet method. Metallurgy chemical kiln is used in metallurgy industry and ironworks for lean iron ore, chromium ore and ferronickel ore calcimine. Rotary kiln can also be used to make calcimine of ochre in refractory material industry, calcimine of aluminum hydroxide in aluminum manufacturing plant, and chrome sand ore and chrome powder ore in chemical plant.

Horizontal Kiln:

Horizontal kiln is the calcine equipment which is widely used in cement, metallurgy, and chemical industry. It is mainly composed of cylinder, supporting device, sealing device at the head and end of the kiln, coal injection tube at the kiln head, and at the end of the horizontal lime kiln are equipped with smoke room, cogeneration boiler, pre-heating and pre-decomposing furnace.

Lime Kiln:

Lime Kiln are slightly inclined cylindrical shells supported by 2 riding rings running on a set of rollers. The kiln has a seal at both ends to prevent leakage in or out of air and material. Kiln pits are suitable for drying a wide range of materials because of their ability to process materials having considerable variation in size and composition. A lime kiln uses lifters mounted in the shell to produce a cascade of particles falling through a hot gas stream. The mechanical lifting of the material allows rotary dryers to be used to dry materials ranging from fine filter cake to coarse minerals. It also helps in breaking up lumps, promoting a more uniformly dried material.
